Brenntag Specialties significantly expands its Life Science presence in China with the acquisition of Shanghai Saifu Chemical.
WHO: Founded in 2005, Shanghai Saifu Chemical is a market leader in specialty distribution with expertise in personal care chemicals in China, distributing personal care ingredients, coatings, emulsion polymerization, and cleaning chemicals.The company has over 100 employees, serves over 1,000 customers in Greater China, and operates two laboratories and a dedicated technology application center.
Brenntag is the global market leader in chemical and ingredient distribution. The Germany-based international company manages complex supply chains for chemical manufacturers and consumers by simplifying market access to thousands of products and services. It combines a global network with outstanding local execution. Brenntag operates a global network with about 700 locations in 78 countries with a global workforce of more than 17,000 employees.
